About This Project

MechanicalPro is a complete auto repair and workshop management system designed to give full control over daily operations, customer relationships, and financial processes.

The system allows workshops to register and manage detailed client and vehicle profiles, keeping a full service history for each car. Every repair or maintenance service can include detailed records of parts used, labor performed, and associated costs, ensuring transparency and accurate tracking.

MechanicalPro also provides advanced staff tracking, allowing managers to see exactly which mechanic or assistant worked on each vehicle. This enables better performance monitoring, accountability, and workflow optimization.

Flexible billing is a key strength of the system. Workshops can split payments, combine multiple services into a single invoice, and manage complex transactions with ease. Additionally, the built-in POS system allows direct selling of auto parts, making it ideal for workshops that also operate as retail parts suppliers.

To improve customer communication, the system can automatically send service details via email after each job is completed. It also supports multi-language printing, enabling invoices and documents to be generated in Albanian, Macedonian, English, German, Italian, and Turkish
